V.I.B Membership Terms and Conditions
Open to residents of UK only, excluding employees and their immediate families of hollywood bowl, its agents and anyone professionally connected to the promotion. Membership is only open to consumers 18 years old and over. You will be eligible for a VIB membership card once you have registered online as a VIB member.

1. VIB Membership Card Holders must be registered VIB members. 
2. To register, simply visit www.hollywoodbowl.co.uk/vib and complete the registration form.
3. By completing the registration process, VIB members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
4. There is no cost associated with becoming a VIB Member. The VIB membership card has no monetary value and can not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
5. Only one VIB Membership card will be issued per person.
6. VIB rewards will only be redeemable upon presentation of a valid VIB card and/or relevant printed voucher. 
7. Offers may only be redeemed by the holder of the VIB card. Offers are not available to guests of VIB members, unless otherwise specified.
8. hollywood bowl offers can not be used in conjunction with league programming or any other offers/vouchers.
9. Information communicated to VIB card holders via email is current at the time of publication.  However, it is subject to alteration at any time.  hollywood bowl will make every effort to inform cardholders of any change prior to its implementation. However hollywood bowl can not redeem outdated offers.
10. All current information about the VIB program will be available at all times on the hollywood bowl website at www.hollywoodbowl.co.uk/vib.
11. There may not always be a current VIB offer available to members. Please check details at www.hollywoodbowl.co.uk/vib before you visit.
12. hollywood bowl reserves the right to withdraw a VIB card at its absolute discretion.  The card will remain the property of hollywood bowl.
13. hollywood bowl reserves the right to withdraw or alter any aspect of the VIB program. hollywood bowl will make every effort to inform cardholders of any change prior to its implementation.
14. Unless specified otherwise, hollywood bowl will contact VIB members by email with information of promotions or changes to the VIB program.

The Promoter is Mitchells and Butlers, 27 Fleet Street, Birmingham and its decision will be final.
