We want everyone to have the best bowling experience available when they visit our London O2 centre. That’s why we’ve answered many of our frequently asked questions below to help you plan the perfect trip.
Do you have disabled access?1
Yes, our centre is on the ground floor, and has been fitted with slopes to ensure disabled access.
Is there free parking available?1
There is no free parking available directly for London O2 visitors. However, there may be free parking spaces at local shopping areas, providing their parking requirements are met. Please seek out individual shopping centre guidelines for more details.
Do you have concession rates?1
Yes, we offer a concession rate of around 50% for disabled guests and their carers, as well as seniors.
This rate is available every weekday before 6pm, for 48 weeks out of 52, including the summer and Easter holidays.

How long does a game of bowling take?1
We allow 10 minutes per person, per game. Therefore, 1 game for 2 guests is allocated a 20 minute time slot.
2 games for 2 guests would be allocated a 40 minute time slot, etc.
Do I have to pay to watch someone else bowl?1
No. If you want to watch someone bowl without playing then there is no charge for this.
Do you have free wifi?1
Is there a cashpoint nearby?1
Yes, we have a free cash machine within our centre for guests to use.
Do you have a change machine for the amusements?1

Yes, there is disabled parking available within the Leisure park.

Car: Inside the M25 and outside the congestion zone. The O2 is signposted from the M25, the A2 and A20 (from the South East) and the M11 (from the North)
Train: The nearest tube station is North Greenwich which is a 2 minute walk away
