General admission policy
Hollywood Bowl Group prides itself on offering an all-round, family entertainment experience. We receive visits from everyone, especially kids, so please behave safely, appropriately and considerately at all times.
Anyone who is considered to be intimidating or aggressive to our customers or team members will be asked to leave immediately and will be refused future admission at all of our centres.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or request to search customers where it is reasonable and lawful to do so. Any searches will only be carried out with the customer's consent. If consent is refused, entry may be refused.
Under 18's are only allowed in our premises after 8pm with a responsible adult/parent or legal guardian to whom must be 18 or over. We cannot allow any under 18's in our bar after 9pm. We will ask for physical proof of your age (passport, UK drivers licence, PASS card). The exceptions to this are Brighton, Cardiff, Glasgow Coatbridge, Glasgow Springfield Quay, Cheltenham, Liverpool Speke, Stirling, Surrey Quays, Torquay and Worthing, please check the centre's local website page or contact us for details of local restrictions.

Please comply with our non-smoking policy. The use of e-cigarettes is also not permitted in our centres.
The time of your booking is when you’re booked to bowl, please allow plenty of time to travel, park and check in at the centre before your game. We advised to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your game and your lane will be held for a maximum of 5 minutes if you are late before being released.
For the safety of all participants, anyone taking part in a karting experience must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Management reserves the right to refuse participation where they reasonably believe a customer is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Where appropriate, customers may be asked to take a breathalyser test to confirm they are fit to participate. Any customer who refuses to take a breathalyser test, or who records a positive result, may be refused participation without refund, subject to the terms of their booking and their statutory rights.
Balaclavas may be worn while participating in a karting experience where required or permitted. However, they must not be worn elsewhere within the centre and must be removed immediately upon leaving the designated karting area. Management reserves the right to refuse participation or require the removal of a balaclava where these conditions are not complied with.
We want to see your smiling faces, so please remove your hoods and caps as you enter (protective face masks are ok).
You'll love the food and drink we have on offer. So please do not bring food or drink in from elsewhere.
Our customer and team member’s health and safety is our number one priority – due to this we do have a strict no knife policy. If you are bringing in a cake for a party, we do have safe-cutlery you can use in our centre or you can bring pre-cut cake or cupcakes to enjoy!
To help keep everyone safe while they’re having fun with us, we’re unable to provide hot or boiling water for warming baby bottles. We kindly ask parents and guardians to bring pre-prepared feeds or a suitable bottle-warming solution with them.
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times this is including the use of Customers whom choose to bring their personal use bowling balls. Hollywood Bowl is not liable for any damages. Any Items left unattended are left at the owner’s risk.
All lost property left at Hollywood Bowl will be securely stored for a maximum period of 14 days. Customers are responsible for collecting their items within this 14-day period. Proof of ownership may be required at the time of collection. Any items not claimed within 14 days will be disposed of or donated at the discretion of Hollywood Bowl. Hollywood Bowl accepts no liability for items that remain uncollected after this period. By leaving items in our care, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
Our team members are brilliant and very valuable to us, so please treat them with the respect they deserve.

We support the objectives of the Licensing Act 2003 and the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005. We always seek to work closely and constructively with the key authorities, including Police, Fire, Environmental Health and Local Authorities.
