Car: We are located off the A126 within Lakeside. Parking is free and the nearest car parks are blue/pink, 10/12.

We want everyone to have the best bowling experience available when they visit our Lakeside centre. That’s why we’ve answered many of our frequently asked questions below to help you plan the perfect trip.
In all our centres there is no limit on the number of people who can bowl together in a group.
The maximum capacity we allow on each lane is 8 players.
Yes, of course, you can get food and drink whilst at Hollywood Bowl. Food and drinks can be ordered using the QR code on tables and menus, at selected centres, or from the bar and Diner.
We recommend that you pre-order food and drink when booking your game. If you do wish to order and pay in centre, contactless payments are accepted.
Our arcade games are now fully cashless and use Tiagapo; gaming's most advanced system!
There are 2 ways to play: the Tigapo app or a rechargeable amusements card.• App: Scan the QR code to download the app, or search for Tigapo in your app store, and sign up. Add a payment method and load credit into your account. Tap 'Let's Play' on your mobile app and scan the QR code on each game's reader.
• Card: Using your Amusements Card is easy. Just load it up with credits at the kiosk, then tap it at your favourite games to play. Keep an eye on your balance, and when you’re ready for more simply reload and keep the good tmes rolling!

Yes, our centre is on the ground floor and has been designed to ensure disabled access.
Yes, parking at intu Lakeside is free! Carpark 10 and 12 are the nearest for our centre. These are also currently known as the 'Pink' and 'Blue' carpark.
Yes, we offer a concession rate of around 50% for disabled guests and their carers, as well as seniors.
This rate is available every weekday before 6pm, for 48 weeks out of 52, including the summer and Easter holidays.
Find out more about our concession rates here.We allow 10 minutes per person, per game. Therefore, 1 game for 2 guests is allocated a 20 minute time slot.
2 games for 2 guests would be allocated a 40 minute time slot, etc.No. If you want to watch someone bowl without playing then there is no charge for this.

With the exception of trained guide or assistance dogs, no animals are permitted into our centres. Trained guide or assistance dogs must be well-behaved at all times when supporting a customer in our centres.
