    Hollywood Bowl Preston is located within Animate on Tenterfield Street in Preston city centre, just five minutes walk from Preston Bus Station. The venue is easy to reach by bus from across Lancashire.

    If you are travelling by car, there is a covered car park with space for 164 vehicles directly at Animate. Parking charges apply, but Hollywood Bowl visitors benefit from a reduced tariff when they validate their ticket using the tablet located inside the centre. Please input your vehicle registration to recieve the discount.

    The centre is fully accessible, with sloped access throughout. Disabled parking is also available on-site. Concession rates of around 50 per cent are available for disabled guests and their carers, as well as seniors, every weekday before 6pm.

• How Many People Can I go bowling with?

  In all our centres there is no limit on the number of people who can bowl together in a group.

  The maximum capacity we allow on each lane is 8 players.

• Can I Get Food and Drink Whilst Bowling?

  Yes, of course, you can get food and drink whilst at Hollywood Bowl. Food and drinks can be ordered using the QR code on tables and menus, at selected centres, or from the bar and Diner.

  We recommend that you pre-order food and drink when booking your game. If you do wish to order and pay in centre, contactless payments are accepted.

   

• Do you have disabled access?

  Yes, our centre has been fitted with slopes to ensure disabled access.

• • Is there free parking available?

    There is a charge for parking, however all tariff charges reduced by £1.00 if validated by tablet located in Hollywood Bowl and customers will need to input their vehicle registration to benefit from the concession.
    
    Charges will be as follows specific for Hollywood Bowl visitors:

    • Up to 1 hour - £1.50 = £0.50
    • Up to 2 hours - £2.90 = £1.90
    • Up to 3 hours - £3.80 = £2.80
    • Up to 4 hours - £5.00 = £4.00
    • Up to 8 hours - £9.50 = £8.50
    • Over 8 hours - £12.00 = £11.00

  • Do you have concession rates?

    Yes, we offer a concession rate of around 50% for disabled guests and their carers, as well as seniors.
    This rate is available every weekday before 6pm, for 48 weeks out of 52, including the summer and Easter holidays.

  • How long does a game of bowling take?

    We allow 10 minutes per person, per game. Therefore, 1 game for 2 guests is allocated a 20 minute time slot.
    2 games for 2 guests would be allocated a 40 minute time slot, etc.

  • Do I have to pay to watch someone else bowl?

    No. If you want to watch someone bowl without playing then there is no charge for this.

  • Do you have free wifi?

    Yes, you can access free wifi in our centre using the cloud.

  • Is there a cashpoint nearby?
