Tolworth FAQs

We want everyone to have the best bowling experience available when they visit our Tolworth centre. That’s why we’ve answered many of our frequently asked questions below to help you plan the perfect trip. 

  • In all our centres there is no limit on the number of people who can bowl together in a group.

    We have installed full height dividers between the lane seating areas. The maximum capacity we allow on each lane is 8 players.

  • Yes, of course, you can get food and drink whilst at Hollywood Bowl. Food and drinks can be ordered using the QR code on tables and menus, at selected centres, or from the bar and Diner.
    We recommend that you pre-order food and drink when booking your game. If you do wish to order and pay in centre, contactless payments are preferred.

     

    Our Kitchen and bar opening time are currently as follows:

     

    Kitchen: Open from 12:00 during off-peak, 11:00 during peak and holidays / Close from 21:00 Sun – Thurs, 22:00 Fri – Sat

     

    Bar: Close from 22:00 Sun - Thurs, 23:00 Fri - Sat

  • Our centre is not located on the ground floor, and access is via a flight of stairs. However, we have a disabled lift with a 400kg weight limit.

  • Yes, there is free parking available directly outside our centre.
    Our car park is operated by UK Car Park Management and is monitored by number plate recognition cameras. Upon entering the car park, customers are entitled to 4 hours free parking.
    If you exceed 4 hours, please inform a member of the team, and your registration will be entered into our portal for a free parking extension.
    Any stay longer than 4 hours that hasn't been entered into our system, will be issued with a £100 parking fine.
    Please be aware that there is a no return within 2 hours policy, and there is no overnight parking between 00.00am - 08.00am. Any car that parks between these hours for longer than 10 minutes will be issued with a £100 fine. If after your game you wish to leave your car parked over night, please inform a team member and you will be added to a temporary exemption list.

  • Yes, we offer a concession rate of around 50% for disabled guests and their carers, as well as seniors.
    This rate is available every weekday before 6pm, for 48 weeks out of 52, including the summer and Easter holidays.

  • We allow 10 minutes per person, per game. Therefore, 1 game for 2 guests is allocated a 20 minute time slot.
    2 games for 2 guests would be allocated a 40 minute time slot, etc.

  • No. If you want to watch someone bowl without playing then there is no charge for this.

  • No.

  • Yes, we have a cash machine within our centre for guests to use. Withdrawals are free of charge.
