  Hollywood Bowl and Jet2holidays Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

   

  1. This prize draw is promoted by Hollywood Bowl Group (registered number: 10229630) whose registered address is at Focus 31 West Wing, Cleveland Road, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 7BW. By entering this prize draw, you are deemed to accept these terms:
  2. This prize draw opens at 00:01am on 1st January 2026 and closes at 11.59pm on 23rd February 2026. 
  3. Entrants to this prize draw must be residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees and officers of Hollywood Bowl Group, Jet2holidays Limited, Jet2.com Limited, Jet2 plc or any companies within the same groups or any organisation professionally involved with the prize draw (or in each case, their close relatives) are not eligible to enter. 

  How to enter:

   

  4. Hollywood Bowl Group will host the entry form at: hollywoodbowl.co.uk/jet2holidays-competition.
  5. To enter this prize draw, you must fill out all required contact fields (name and email address) on the entry page and submit before the closing time and date detailed in paragraph 2 above.
  6. All entrants must enter with a verified and contactable email account.
  7. One entry per email address.

   

  Choosing a winner:

   

  8. There will be one lucky winner of the prize draw.
  9. The winner will be randomly selected through a computer-generated process.
  10. The winner of the prize draw will be notified directly by Hollywood Bowl by the submitted email address which they used to enter the prize draw by 26th February 2026. Hollywood Bowl will try its best to contact the winner during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, Hollywood Bowl reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received.
  11. If the winner does not acknowledge and accept the prize within 7 days of having been notified, a new winner will be picked at random from the valid/ correct entries that were received and contacted directly by email.
  12. The winner’s contact details will be provided to Jet2holidays for fulfilment of the Jet2holidays voucher. Jet2holidays will contact the winner by email with details of the Jet2holidays voucher.
  13. For transparency we will publish the surname and county of the prize winner online. This will not affect the winner’s entitlement to the prize. However, if you object to us doing this or would like us to reduce the amount of information we publish, then please let us know when claiming your prize

   

  The Prize:

   

  14. The winner will win:
      1. 1 x Hollywood Bowl Annual Family Pass (5 people);

  AND

  1. 2. 1 x £5,000 Jet2holidays voucher.

   

  Hollywood Bowl Family Annual Pass Prize Terms

   

  15. The Hollywood Bowl family annual bowling pass permits two adults and up to three under 16s to one family game, per month, for 12 months at one centre of your choice.
  16. The annual bowling pass includes two adult meals and three kids’ meals, plus five standard drinks upon each visit.
  17. Bookings are subject to centre availability
  18. Bookings must be pre-booked via the Contact Centre each month prior to visiting the centre
  19. Competition prize winners will receive their prize  email with details of how to book. The winner will receive a monthly reminder to make the most of their annual pass
  20. The pass remains the property of The Hollywood Bowl Group and may be withdrawn in cases of misuse, fraud or breach of these terms and conditions
  21. Prize must be redeemed in the centre where the prize has been won/chosen for and is not interchangeable.
  22. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

   

  Jet2holidays Voucher Prize Terms

   

  23. The winner will win a Jet2holidays voucher to the value of £5,000 (“the Prize”). Please note, it must be used by the winner on a new Jet2holidays booking, which for the avoidance of doubt includes standard Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE and/or CityBreaks holidays. It cannot be used for an existing booking.
  24. The winner may book more than one holiday using the voucher but if doing so, the holiday bookings must be made at the same time and can total more than the Prize but the difference in value must be paid at the same time. The voucher must be redeemed by 30th April 2026, and all travel must be completed by 31^st October 2027. Booking must be made via the Jet2holidays contact centre.
  25. The voucher can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion) but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. Optional extras may be added at the winner’s own expense. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions.
  26. If any holiday booked by the winner with the Prize is cancelled for any reason and where that cancellation would entitle the customer to a refund in line with Jet2holidays’ terms and conditions, such a refund would be in the form of the payment method in which the holiday was paid for (which may be a combination of a voucher and cash).
  27. Where the holiday is booked using the Prize, transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.
  28. If the Prize is not redeemed by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.
  29. Where the holiday booked using the Prize is equivalent or lower than the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Promotion terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. Such holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. Where the holiday booked using the Prize exceeds the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Promotion terms and conditions, the Promotion terms and conditions will take precedence.
  30. The Prize and any holiday booked using the Prize is subject to availability. Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
  31. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice (which may include substituting the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value). Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.
  32. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The winner has no right to request or receive an alternative to the Prize, and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or its monetary value, in whole or in part.
  33. If the total cost of the holiday that the winner selects totals less than voucher amount, the winner shall not be entitled to the difference and that additional amount shall be forfeited. If the winner would like to choose a holiday which totals more than the voucher amount, they shall be responsible for paying the difference in cost.    
  34. The holiday booked using the Prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
  35. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including heath or medical requirements or similar.

   

  General:

   

  36. Entrants’ details will be used to administer the prize draw and award the prize. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy and http://www.jet2.com/privacy) and Hollywood Bowl Group privacy policy   (https://www.hollywoodbowl.co.uk/privacy-policy)
  37. When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays).
  38. When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Hollywood Bowl Group. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Hollywood Bowl Group for the purposes of marketing to update you about offers, events and services from Hollywood Bowl Group.
  39. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.

  40. These terms are subject to English Law and by entering this prize draw you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
