• How Many People Can I go bowling with?

  In all our centres there is no limit on the number of people who can bowl together in a group.

  The maximum capacity we allow on each lane is 8 players.

• Can I Get Food and Drink Whilst Bowling?

  Yes, of course, you can get food and drink whilst at Hollywood Bowl. Food and drinks can be ordered using the QR code on tables and menus, at selected centres, or from the bar and Diner.

  We recommend that you pre-order food and drink when booking your game. If you do wish to order and pay in centre, contactless payments are accepted.

   

• Do you have disabled access?

  Yes, our centre has been designed to ensure disabled access.

• • Is there free parking available?

    No, parking at The Rock is managed by Euro Parking with prices starting at £2.10 for 2 hours.

    You must remember your number plate in order to pay at the end of your stay

    Either pay at a pay station or via phone by visiting ecpparkbuddy.com and enter The Rock’s location code 685745.

  • Do you have concession rates?

    Yes, we offer a concession rate of around 50% for disabled guests and their carers, as well as seniors.
    This rate is available every weekday before 6pm, for 48 weeks out of 52, including the summer and Easter holidays.

  • How long does a game of bowling take?

    We allow 10 minutes per person, per game. Therefore, 1 game for 2 guests is allocated a 20 minute time slot.
    2 games for 2 guests would be allocated a 40 minute time slot, etc.

  • Do I have to pay to watch someone else bowl?

    No. If you want to watch someone bowl without playing then there is no charge for this.

  • Do you have free wifi?

    Yes, you can access free wifi in our centre using the cloud.

  • Is there a cashpoint nearby?

    Yes, we have a cash machine within our centre for guests to use.

  • Do you have a change machine for the amusements?

    Yes.

  • Do you have play for prizes?

  • Does your bar show sports?

    No.

  • Is there disabled parking available?

    Yes, there is disabled parking available.

  • Do you have air conditioning?

    No.

  • Is Hollywood Bowl dog friendly?

    With the exception of trained guide or assistance dogs, no animals are permitted into our centres. Trained guide or assistance dogs must be well-behaved at all times when supporting a customer in our centres.
